The role emphasizes Excel macros, automation, and compliance with US payroll rules. Qualified candidates bring 2+ years in payroll or data analysis, strong English communication, and experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in payroll, data analysis, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with US payroll regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Payroll data analysis and reporting to ensure accuracy and KPIs.
• Transform data and automate tasks using macros and scripts.
• Collaborate to reconcile hours, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Maintain payroll documentation and train team members.
