Job summary

vCustomer Philippines, Inc. seeks an experienced Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations in a Manila-based BPO environment. You will oversee processing, reporting, and accounting (PACE/SAP), ensuring regulatory compliance and payroll analytics to drive efficiency.

You will manage the payroll team, drive initiatives, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely payroll while maintaining a strong customer focus under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any relevant accounting course.
• Must have payroll experience handling the payroll function under a BPO set up.
• Knowledgeable about payroll rules and regulations, Dole rules, statutory requirements, etc.
• Experience working with Payroll tools, HRIS, accounting tools.
• Advanced excel skills.
• Flexible, must be willing to work and adjust shifts as per business requirements.
• Has experience handling a team.
• Project management experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Mature, customer oriented, Go-getter attitude, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end to end payroll function.
• Payroll processing.

• Payroll accounting (in PACE/SAP).

• Statutory compliances related to payroll / C&B (Tax Filing, Annualization, Income tax returns, etc.).
• Review payroll thoroughly and compute payrolls manually when needed, not fully reliant on tools.
