Job summary

PeoplePro Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist in Cebu to lead end-to-end payroll system setups for international clients.

You will gather client requirements, configure payroll rules, import data, run tests, and support go-live while ensuring data accuracy across large employee datasets.

You will collaborate with clients, HR, and finance teams to deliver accurate implementations on time and maintain high data integrity throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
• 2+ years in payroll implementation, payroll administration, or a related role.
• Strong Excel and experience handling large datasets.
• Ability to analyze, validate, and reconcile large volumes of payroll data.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of payroll solutions for new clients.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, payroll policies, and employee information.
• Determine employee data required to set up new employees in the payroll system.
• Configure payroll systems per client requirements and set up rules, taxes and benefits.
• Import, validate, and migrate employee payroll data into the system.
