Job summary

ADP, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, coordinate data, and run payrolls with accuracy and on schedule.

You will respond to client inquiries and maintain precise employee records, ensuring top-tier service. Collaboration with Specialists and the Service Manager is essential to handle complex setups and client requests, while supporting remittances, year-end balancing, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years in client service or systems integration environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent service and results orientation; analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Overtime hours may be required during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll processing and remittances for multiple clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone/email and maintain high service levels.
• Record and track client issues in the Case Management database.
• Plan and participate in client calls; create action plans and log until resolution.
