You will lead end-to-end payroll operations and client billing, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely deliverables across weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cycles. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong controls, capable of building high-performing teams and proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years in payroll and billing operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in payroll regulations, taxation, and billing processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and payroll systems.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a manpower or service provider company is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll operations for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cycles.
• Ensure accurate and timely computation of salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Direct the preparation, review, and submission of payroll reports and client billing statements.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness through data reconciliation and validation.
• Enforce compliance with government regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex payroll and billing concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to align processes and support business requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll and billing team to drive accountability and performance.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of payroll and billing systems.
• Champion process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen controls.
