Job summary

The role includes facilitating the processing of company and government loans, and accurately computing SSS, HDMF, PHIC, and employee withholding tax.

The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for compensation and benefits concerns, ensuring compliance with PH labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or similar field.
• At least 3-year experience in compensation and benefits.
• Strong knowledge of the Labor Code if the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Maintains employee masterlists and reviews time reports.
• Manages tickets related to payroll and compensation.
• Facilitates processing of company and government loans.
• Precisely computes SSS, HDMF, PHIC, and employee withholding tax.
• Acts as point person for compensation and benefits-related concerns.
