Job summary

Multisys Technologies Corporation is seeking a Payroll Officer to maintain employee masterlists, review time reports, and manage payroll tickets. You will facilitate processing of company and government loans and precisely compute SSS, HDMF, PHIC, and employee withholding tax.

You will also handle compensation and benefits-related inquiries. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field, at least 3 years in compensation and benefits, and a strong knowledge of the Philippine

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Behavioral Science or similar field
• At least 3 years in compensation and benefits
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code
• Fluent in English and Filipino

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee masterlists and review time reports
• Process company and government loans
• Compute SSS, HDMF, PHIC, and employee withholding tax
• Serve as the point person for compensation and benefits-related concerns
