HelloConnect is seeking a detail-oriented payroll assistant to join our Palawan team. You will support daily payroll data entry, timekeeping validation, and attendance processing, collaborating with senior specialists to ensure accurate payroll operations.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with potential for overtime as needed. You will gain hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll tools while coordinating with employees on payroll accounts and final pay processes, contributing to smooth payroll

Qualifications

• Entry-level payroll candidate with willingness to learn HRIS or payroll tools.
• Ability to input large volumes of numbers accurately.
• Keen eye for detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in timekeeping review of employees on a weekly basis and inform leaders of actions before payroll run.
• Email sending on attendance validation.
• Flag anomalies on attendance and report to senior payroll specialists.
• Assist employees with payroll bank accounts and queries related to payroll accounts.
• Support payroll calculations and annualization processes, including tax documentation.
