Qualifications

• Preferably background in credit card operations or at least 3 years in a financial institution.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of disbursement related to payment arrangements and balance transfers.
• Post and adjust cardholder payments according to processing guidelines.
• Maintain and monitor database of adjustment requests.
• Monitor compliance to posting policies and procedures.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance transaction posting efficiency.
• Develop and coach unit staff to improve knowledge and ensure business continuity.
• Evaluate staff performance.
