Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable, or Disbursement Processing.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process and monitor various payments and disbursements.
• Verify completeness of supporting documents and approvals before payment release.
• Prepare and post accounting entries in the system.
• Review payment records, reconciliations, and outstanding transactions.
• Assist in audit requirements and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related concerns.
