Job summary

BDO Unibank in Metro Manila seeks a specialist to ensure timely processing of disbursement related to payment arrangements and balance transfers, as well as accurate postings for cardholder payments.

The role also requires maintaining adjustment databases, monitoring posting policy compliance, and recommending process enhancements to prevent mishandling and improve efficiency. Onsite work in Ortigas is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Preferably has background in credit card operations or at least 3 years in a Financial Institution.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely and accurate processing of disbursement related to payment arrangements, balance transfers, easy cash/cash it easy options.
• Ensures that all transaction postings and adjustments related to cardholder payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner as prescribed by the respective processing guidelines.
• Maintains and monitors database of requests for adjustments.
• Monitors compliance to posting policies and procedures.
• Recommends solutions and processes enhancement to the Transaction Posting Head to prevent mishandling of transactions and for more efficient processing.
• Development of unit officers and staff: evaluates staff performance and improves job knowledge to ensure business continuity.

Bachelor's degree / four-year course
