Job summary

BDO Unibank seeks a detail-oriented professional to ensure timely and accurate processing of disbursements related to payment arrangements and balance transfers. The role involves posting and adjusting cardholder payments per processing guidelines, maintaining adjustment databases, and monitoring policy compliance.

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree and preferably 3+ years in a financial institution or credit card operations. On-site work at Ortigas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduate of a four-year course.
• Preferably background in credit card operations or at least 3 years in a financial institution.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of disbursement related to payment arrangements and balance transfers.
• Post and adjust cardholder payments according to processing guidelines.
• Maintain and monitor database of adjustment requests.
• Monitor compliance to posting policies and procedures.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance transaction posting efficiency.
• Develop and coach unit staff to improve knowledge and ensure business continuity.
• Evaluate staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely and accurate processing of disbursement related to payment arrangements, balance transfers, easy cash/cash it easy options.
• Ensures that all transaction postings and adjustments related to cardholder payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner as prescribed by the respective processing guidelines.
• Maintains and monitors database of requests for adjustments.
• Monitors compliance to posting policies and procedures.
• Recommends solutions and processes enhancement to the Transaction Posting Head to prevent mishandling of transactions and for more efficient processing.
• Development of unit officers and staff:
• Improves job knowledge and ensures business continuity
• Evaluates staff performance
  

Qualifications

• Holder of a bachelor's degree / graduate of a four-year course
• Preferably has a background in credit card operations or at least 3 years in a Financial Institutions
• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas
