Job summary

J.P. Morgan seeks a Payment Lifecycle Manager (Transformation Lead) to drive break management modernization in Global Cash Operations. You will lead automation initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and shape efficiency, accuracy, and risk controls across regions.

Responsibilities include delivering automation projects, dashboards in Tableau, and defining KPIs/KRIs while collaborating with Risk, AI/ML, and Transformation groups. This role offers impact and growth in a dynamic setup.

Qualifications

5+ years in business, data analysis, or process automation.
Experience in Python and UiPath coding with Studio-X.
Alteryx to Tableau reporting experience.
Financial services experience in payment operations or reconciliation.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver automation projects using Python and UiPath.
Lead transformation initiatives for reconciliation break management.
Plan and execute multiple regional projects.
Create end-to-end process visualizations and mappings.
Research and implement business process changes or system modifications.
Identify and implement process reengineering and optimization strategies.
Redefine and standardize KPIs and KRIs across regions.
Collaborate with AI/ML, Recon Platform, Risk and Controls, Operations, and Transformation teams.
Lead regular business review calls for break management across regions.
Serve as central data analytics contact to identify trends and root causes.
Work with Risk, Governance and Compliance to strengthen controls.
