Claymore Solutions Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Payments & Accounts Specialist to manage day-to-day processing, monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting of customer funds using BetMakers Apollo, Xero, and payment providers to ensure accurate and timely processing.

The role requires investigating discrepancies, maintaining audit-ready records, and collaborating with Customer Service, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues and improve controls and processes.

Competenze

• Experience in payments operations, customer payments, transaction processing, reconciliation, or similar role.
• Experience using Xero for transaction recording, reconciliation, and reporting is highly desirable.
• Experience handling customer Incoming and outgoing funds is highly desirable.
• Experience in sports betting, iGaming, fintech, banking, payments, e-wallets, or other high-volume transactional environment is advantageous.
• Experience using payment management or transaction-processing platforms.
• Experience with BetMakers Apollo is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong reconciliation, numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to investigate transaction discrepancies and follow issues through to resolution.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive payment processing and reconciliation requirements.

Mansioni

• Manage and monitor customer Incoming and outgoing funds and withdrawal transactions through BetMakers Apollo and relevant payment systems.
• Review and process customer withdrawal requests in accordance with established procedures and approval requirements.
• Monitor pending, failed, rejected, reversed, or delayed Incoming and outgoing funds.
• Investigate payment discrepancies, transaction issues, and reconciliation exceptions through to resolution.
• Coordinate with payment providers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of payment transactions, adjustments, investigations, resolutions, and audit trails.
• Work closely with Customer Service to investigate and resolve customer payment inquiries.
• Use Xero to record, review, and reconcile customer payment transactions.
• Perform regular reconciliations between BetMakers Apollo, Xero, payment providers, and other relevant transaction records.
• Ensure payment transactions are correctly recorded, appropriately categorized, and supported by complete documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payment reconciliation and transaction reports.
• Monitor payment volumes, outstanding withdrawals, failed transactions, exceptions, and reconciliation variances.
• Assist with period-end payment reconciliation and reporting requirements.
• Provide operational insights into payment performance, recurring issues, and transaction trends.
• Follow company policies, controls, approval procedures, and secure handling requirements for sensitive customer and financial information.
• Monitor transactions for unusual activity, discrepancies, or potential fraud indicators, escalating concerns for further review.
• Support compliance, audit, and operational reviews relating to customer payments.
• Identify opportunities to improve payment processing, reconciliation, controls, reporting, and customer experience.
• Perform other payment-related duties as required.
