Responsibilities

• Analyze operational requirements for completeness, consistency, and clarity, and document gaps and dependencies.
• Perform post-settlement reconciliation and investigate exceptions for timely resolution.
• Monitor end-to-end transaction flows and escalate anomalies per procedures.
• Define operational requirements for payment products and support models with stakeholders.
• Support operating model design and scaling as payment volumes grow.
• Build expertise on product features and processes to support change management.
• Coordinate triage, track actions, and assist root cause analysis for operational issues.
• Collaborate with product, monitoring, incident management, project management, and technology partners to support stable operations.
• Produce and interpret operational performance reporting and key indicators to identify trends and improvements.
