Qualifications

• Experience supporting payment processing operations or similar operational work with adherence to procedures.
• Ability to process high volumes with attention to detail and compliance.
• Ability to analyze issues, make decisions, and apply structured problem-solving.
• Clear written and verbal communication to collaborate with teammates and partners.
• Collaborate across teams and locations to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume payment processing tasks by validating currency and settlement details.
• Process payments across cash, trade, merchant, and account-related activities per procedures.
• Review transactions for sanctions, fraud, and funds-control concerns and escalate as needed.
• Investigate exceptions and inquiries by researching and documenting actions.
• Identify processing issues and risks, resolve or elevate to reduce impact.
• Reconcile items and support invoicing or cash management activities as applicable.
• Use approved automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency and propose improvements.
• Coach or support less experienced teammates on routine tasks.
