• Develop frameworks for analyzing complex processes, highlighting controls and optimization points.
• Prepare clear client documentation to present analytical findings for decision-making.
• Exercise independent judgement within policies to determine proper actions.
• Collaborate with teams to conduct root cause analyses and drive resolutions.
• Lead small to medium projects through planning, analysis, UAT, and implementation.
• Manage time and priorities to meet deadlines with high accuracy.
