Job summary

iScale Solutions is seeking an Implementation Engineer to configure the PowerCARD application and develop customized solutions for international projects. You will work with clients to meet specifications, develop interfaces, and prepare technical documentation.

The role involves hands-on design, testing, and hands-on deployment at client sites, including guiding patches and production handover to the support team. A solid 3-year background in similar roles is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Experience configuring applications and developing customized solutions.

Responsibilities

Participate in studies, gap analysis, and technical design to identify configuration needs.
Present standard interfaces and prepare technical specifications for interfaces and mapping.
Work with the client to ensure specifications are met and develop custom software.
Prepare TSFs based on BSD for specific functionalities.
Develop customer-specific solutions based on TSFs and conduct unit testing.
Correct bugs reported by the test team and assist in integration at the client's site.
Assist in installation of project deliverables and hand over to support teams.
Diagnose and resolve bugs to ensure expected functionality.
