Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking a senior analyst to translate Cards business and functional requirements into clear, system-level designs, ensuring accurate flows and secure integration across platforms.

You will analyse requirements for Cards-related applications, define data flows and interfaces, and collaborate with BAs, developers, and testers to drive delivery. Hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot and banking technology is essential.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of banking technology experience with Cards Issuing systems.
• System analysis for integration-heavy, multi-application environments.
• Strong Java (8/11/17+), Spring Boot, REST API, SQL, Git, and Agile.
• Preferred: AWS, API design, DevOps/CI-CD, Kafka, React JS.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and translate Cards business and functional requirements into clear system-level designs, ensuring accurate functional flows, integration clarity, and alignment with the target Cards platform and retained bank applications.
• Analyse functional and technical requirements for Cards-related applications and integrations (in-scope systems).
• Define system-level functional flows, data flows, and interface behaviour across internal and external applications.
• Support technical design through detailed analysis inputs to architects and development teams.
• Collaborate with BAs, developers, and testers to clarify requirements, resolve gaps, and support delivery execution.
• Ensure designs align with Cards issuing flows, security standards, and platform constraints.

• Required Skills: Java (Java 8/11/17+) and Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, REST API Development, SQL/Database Concepts, Git and Agile Development
• Preferred Skills: AWS Cloud Services, API Design & Integration, DevOps / CI-CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), Kafka / Event-Driven Architecture, React JS
