Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in payment support, fintech, or related field.
• Experience handling payment transactions and merchant/customer concerns.
• Knowledge of payment processing, card payments, transfers, APMs, or Open Banking.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or Jira is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of APIs and API documentation preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay City on shifting schedule.

• Handle payment-related inquiries through ticketing and support channels.
• Investigate failed, declined, pending, and unsuccessful transactions.
• Assist with card payments, bank transfers, APMs, and Open Banking concerns.
• Review transaction details and payment statuses to identify issues.

• Maintain ticket documentation and adhere to SLAs.
• Review API documentation to aid troubleshooting.
