Job summary

Reliasourcing is seeking an experienced Tier 3 Technical Support professional in Pasay to support B2B clients with technical issues. You will handle complex support inquiries and manage product listings while collaborating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong SaaS and eCommerce background, with a minimum of one year of Tier 3 support experience. Initially, training will be onsite, transitioning to a hybrid model after client approval, allowing for three days of work from home and two days onsite.

• Strong eCommerce experience with platforms like Amazon and Shopify.
• Experience in product listing and SKU management.
