Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or technical support within payments/fintech.
• Familiarity with payment integrations and card processing is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret API documentation and logs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to merchants regarding payment solutions, integrations, and technical concerns.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Assist clients with the integration of payment solutions, including card processing, APMs, and Open Banking.
• Guide clients through the integration process and help resolve implementation concerns.
• Understand and work with API documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and providing technical support.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment solutions.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and workflows.
