Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a Training Specialist to develop and deliver programs on payment processing products, processes, and technologies for internal and external customers. You will maintain existing training content and systems while ensuring alignment with regulatory mandates and payment brand compliance.

You will provide presentations, demonstrations, advice, and consultancy related to systems and ancillary products, evaluate outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to deliver structured training using standard materials.
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City with rotating schedules.
• Experience in a BPO/FinTech/tech training environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers simple, technical training content and a basic understanding of assigned subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to no deviation.
• Participates in on-site client support and training; supports higher level trainer/manager as needed.
• Evaluate outcomes to determine if business objectives are achieved; follow up to ensure continuous improvement.
• Proactively expand existing knowledge and build new training content.
