Job summary

Global Payments Process Centre, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to join the Global Service Desk Team.

You will design, develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes and technologies for internal and external customers, ensuring clarity and practical applicability. You will maintain training content, deliver presentations and demonstrations, and assess outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Training delivery experience; relevant subject matter experience
• Experience conducting product presentations, training sessions, or business reviews with customers and partners
• Experience in the credit card, payments, merchant acquiring, or fintech industry

Responsibilities

• Delivers simple, technical training content and a basic understanding of assigned subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to no deviation
• Participates in on-site client support and training. Accompanies/supports higher level trainer/manager as needed
