Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Training professional to develop and deliver programs on payment processing products and technologies. You will maintain existing content, provide demonstrations and consultancy, and ensure continuous improvement through evaluation of outcomes.

The role includes on-site client training and supporting a senior trainer as needed, with focus on effective knowledge transfer and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
• Training delivery experience and subject matter knowledge
• Bachelor's Degree is not essential
• Proficiency in a second language preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivers training content according to syllabus with minimal deviation
• Participates in on-site client support and training; supports higher level trainer/manager as needed
• Provides presentations, demonstrations, advice and consultancy regarding systems and ancillary products
