• Experience with reconciliation, settlement, and financial control processes.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Process settlement for the Bin Sponsorship Program, including CBS entries and RTGS encoding in PhilPaSS.
• Regularly reconcile InstaPay and PESONet transactions and identify variances.
• Prepare reconciliation logs, exception reports, and audit-ready documentation.
• Monitor PhilPaSS inflows/outflows and encode settlement instructions; process RTGS credits.
• Assist in Time Deposit placements, maturities, and bank certificates; support SOA validation.
• Prepare CTRs for KYC/Financial Crime compliance and ensure timely submission.
• Identify, validate, and escalate discrepancies to relevant teams.
• Provide operational insights to fix gaps and prevent recurring issues.
• Process PhilPaSS/RTGS settlements and monitor end-of-day balancing.
• Coordinate funding and settlement with Finance, IT, and banks.
• Ensure compliance with BSP regulations and clearinghouse rules.
• Support SOP enhancements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
• Respond to customer/intranet inquiries about card/payments; resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and knowledge-share across the department.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce manual intervention and improve accuracy.
