Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing in Singapore is seeking a Payment Processing Officer to support daily cash handling, reconcile cash with system reports, and respond to enquiries promptly. You will play a frontline role in ensuring smooth payment operations and customer service excellence.

The role requires a cheerful, proactive team player who can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Rotating shifts (4 days on, 2 off) at Tuas with company transport will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
• Experience in cashiering and customer service is advantageous.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Support daily operations to ensure all tasks and workflows run smoothly
• Handle enquiries and assist in resolving potential issues promptly and effectively
• Respond to operational needs as they arise and make timely decisions to prevent or minimize service disruptions
• Reconcile daily cash collections with system reports at the end of each shift
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

Working Hours / Location:

• Rotating Shift: 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off
• 10am to 10pm & 10pm to 10am (with 2 hours break)
• Tuas, with company transport provided
