BruntWork is hiring a Payment Operator to join our operations team in Quezon City, Philippines. Start date is 7 September 2026. The role focuses on processing participant payments, maintaining accurate payment records, and ensuring precise transactions in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, on-site position requires strong English and Filipino communication, attention to detail, and experience with Excel and CRM software. A shift-based schedule applies, Monday to Sunday, five days a week.

We're looking for a Payment Operator to join our growing operations team! The target start date is 7 September 2026.

In this role, you'll be responsible for processing participant payments, maintaining accurate payment records, and ensuring every transaction is handled with precision and care. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time position (5 days a week, shifting schedule (Monday to Sunday) located in Aurora, Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Process payments for study participants accurately and efficiently.
• Record and maintain payment transactions in the CRM system.
• Track and monitor daily payment activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and report daily payment balances to the Shift Manager.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth payment processing and compliance with established procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a cashier, payment processing, customer service, or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
• Experience using Excel and CRM software.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Responsible, dependable, and committed to following processes and protocols.
• Service-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
