The ideal candidate has cashier or payment processing experience, strong English and Filipino communication, and excellent attention to detail. Excel and CRM familiarity help ensure accurate, compliant workflows in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication in English and Filipino.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process payments for study participants accurately and efficiently.
• Record and maintain payment transactions in the CRM system.
• Track and monitor daily payment activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and report daily payment balances to the Shift Manager.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth payment processing and compliance with procedures.
