Translate field findings into technical recommendations, standards, case studies, and best practices.
Perform defined sampling, testing, inspection, and quality-control activities for Pavement Preservation & Bitumen products and selected field applications.

Identify and escalategivennonconformances through the appropriate Quality/QMS process.
Help develop method statements, application SOPs, inspection checklists, acceptance criteria, technical bulletins, and troubleshooting guides.

Develop and deliver technical talks, workshops, seminars, toolbox talks, and training sessions for DPWH engineers, contractors, utilities, and internal teams.
Conduct field demonstrations and explain proper application methods and limitations.
Build credibility with technical audiences through practical, evidence-based recommendations.

Help build Rua's technical knowledge base for pavement preservation.

Strong hands-on experience identifying pavement distress and recommending practical maintenance or preservation treatments.
Good understanding of asphalt materials and road maintenance practices.
Experience with quality-control processes, including sampling, testing, acceptance criteria, traceability, documentation, and nonconformance handling.
Comfortable working on actual road sites and interacting with engineers, contractors, field crews, and customers.
Strong technical communication and presentation skills.
