Job summary

Rua Seguridad Corp. is seeking a field-focused pavement preservation engineer who will assess pavement conditions, diagnose distress, and recommend maintenance strategies for DPWH districts and contractors.

You will perform QC inspections and support field trials in accordance with Rua’s standards. The role requires hands-on field work, strong technical communication, and willingness to travel nationwide within the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent and field-ready technical background.
• Proven hands-on experience in pavement maintenance, rehabilitation, or QA/QC.
• Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to engineers, contractors, and field crews.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose pavement distress and identify likely root causes from field conditions.
• Recommend maintenance and preservation treatments based on technical considerations.
• Support field trials, provide guidance, and translate field findings into standards.
