Job Summary
We’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and customer-oriented Patient Services Coordinator – Receptionist to be part of our clinic team at Care Center Clinic – Festival Mall!
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a smooth, comfortable, and positive clinic experience—from warmly welcoming patients to assisting with their inquiries, appointments, registration, and other clinic needs.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients with a warm, professional, and pleasant approach.
Serve as the first point of contact and help patients feel comfortable and properly attended to.
Assist patients with registration, appointments, inquiries, and clinic procedures.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding clinic services and processes.
Handle patient inquiries through face-to-face interactions, calls, and emails in a timely manner.
Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
Ensure patient information and records are accurate, updated, and kept confidential.
Assist with HMO approval requests and coordinate necessary requirements.
Assist patients with referrals and access to appropriate clinic services.
Coordinate closely with doctors, nurses, and the healthcare team to address patient needs and concerns.
Use clinic registration and EMR systems to support daily clinic operations.
Help ensure that patients receive quality service and a positive overall clinic experience.
Identify concerns and suggest practical ways to improve patient service and clinic operations.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
Experience in reception, front desk, customer service, healthcare, or clinic operations is an advantage.
Experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, or handling patient inquiries is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant, approachable, warm, and professional personality.
Patient, empathetic, and genuinely enjoys assisting and interacting with people.
Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
Experience with EMR/clinic management systems or HMO transactions is an advantage.
Organized, attentive to detail, and able to multitask effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment while maintaining quality patient service.
Able to work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
Available to start ASAP.
