Job summary

Datamatics is hiring a Patient Scheduling Representative in Metro Manila to coordinate and schedule patient appointments in line with provider requirements and SLA targets. You will interact with patients and clinics, verify details, and maintain accurate records in EHR systems with strict privacy compliance.

The role requires at least 1 year in patient scheduling or healthcare BPO, strong English communication, and meticulous time management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in patient scheduling, medical administration, or healthcare BPO.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Proficiency with computer apps, data entry, and multi-system navigation.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and time management.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules including nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments per provider availability and guidelines.
• Coordinate dates and times with patients, clinics, hospitals, and providers.
• Verify appointment details, patient info, provider availability, and required docs.
• Communicate confirmations, reminders, and prep instructions.
• Handle calls, emails, and other channels related to scheduling.
