About the Role
The Patient Navigator Assistant supports Operations by providing quality control through auditing navigator workflows, identifying gaps in patient care, and supporting patient coordination. This role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure high-quality patient experience and outcomes. This is a FULL-TIME position and open to candidates based in the Philippines only.
Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable and completely trained in aspects of infertility diagnostic testing and treatment, specifically navigator workflows and proper use of tools and platforms.
- Conduct routine audits of navigator key touchpoints and milestones in patient care plans within nAble EMR systems for every clinic in the Pinnacle network.
- Capture patient journey gaps and training opportunities for clinical staff.
- Provide regular audit reports to the Director of Operations.
- Input outside lab results and radiology reports into patient charts.
- Audit incoming patient requests and assign to appropriate users for handling.
- Report SART pregnancy data after conducting postpartum check-ins with patients.
- Assist in answering patient questions and concerns regarding testing and treatment.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times and be able to diffuse situations with sensitivity.
- Communicate with other coordinating staff (donor, IVF, financial) to resolve issues or questions.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required (Philippines or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical or healthcare experience. Fertility or Women’s Health experience not required but a definite plus.
- Have experience with gathering data and creating reports to effectively present data findings.
- Be able to effectively communicate with clinical teams and patients.
- Be organized and self-motivated with strong autonomous time management skills and attention to detail.
- Have a passion for providing empathetic care especially in women's health and infertility.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint).
- Self-directed and able to work independently and as part of a team.
