Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Patient Navigator Assistant role. This full-time position supports Operations by auditing navigator workflows, ensuring high-quality patient care, and coordinating patient information within the Pinnacle network using nAble EMR.

You will collaborate with physicians and staff, provide excellent customer service, ensure data accuracy and confidentiality, and help drive positive patient outcomes across fertility

Qualifications

• RN license in Philippines or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of clinical or healthcare experience.
• Experience gathering data and creating reports.
• Effective communication with clinical teams and patients.
• Organized with strong autonomous time management skills.
• Empathetic care, especially in women's health and infertility.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint).
• Self-directed and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Audit navigator workflows and patient care touchpoints.
• Capture patient journey gaps and training opportunities.
• Provide regular audit reports to the Director of Operations.
• Input outside lab results and radiology reports into charts.
• Assign incoming patient requests to appropriate users.
• Report SART pregnancy data after postpartum check-ins.
• Assist patients with questions regarding testing and treatment.
• Deliver excellent customer service with sensitivity.
• Coordinate with donor, IVF, and financial staff to resolve issues.
