Job summary

The Medical City Clinic Commonwealth is seeking a Patient Relations Associate to deliver professional, responsive, and patient-centered support, helping ensure an excellent patient experience across touchpoints.

You will handle complaints, provide information, assist during hospital visits, collect feedback including NPS, and coordinate with departments to resolve issues while maintaining confidentiality of records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing or related field.
• Experience: 7–12 months in similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient complaints and concerns with proper documentation and timely escalation.
• Provide patient navigation and information to ensure a smooth hospital experience.
• Assist with hospital tours and inquiries, explaining services clearly.
• Monitor patient engagement activities and gather feedback.
• Prepare reports on patient interactions, complaints, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate with departments to address concerns and service requests.
• Support service improvement initiatives and training.
• Participate in meetings to enhance customer service practices.
