Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year allied healthcare degree.
• At least 1 year in a CSR role supporting U.S. healthcare accounts.
• Experience in a high-volume inbound support environment.
• Strong commitment to HIPAA compliance and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming patient inquiries as the primary contact.
• Adhere to inbound call procedures and scripting for consistent communication.
• Triage and resolve scheduling, billing, and urgent care questions.
• Assist with appointment management and rescheduling, including emergencies.
• Log call details in CRM and ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless transitions from contact to ongoing support.
• Maintain availability to receive inbound calls during scheduled shifts.
• Provide feedback to improve engagement strategies.
