Ideal candidates have healthcare scheduling experience, strong English communication, and excellent organizational skills to coordinate schedules and maintain accurate records while protecting patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally in healthcare.
• Experience in Healthcare Scheduling or Sales is required.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointment scheduling across providers using scheduling software.
• Answer calls and emails from patients professionally.
• Provide information on appointment availability and provider credentials.
• Confirm, reschedule and cancel appointments with accurate records.
• Document interactions and scheduling details for compliance.
• Handle inquiries related to scheduling, billing and services.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Coordinate with providers to optimize scheduling and reduce wait times.
• Follow up on upcoming appointments and no-show protocols.
• Meet or exceed targets for call handling and satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistent service.
