Job summary

Meraki Esthetique Clinic seeks a dedicated Customer Care Representative to be the frontliner for patient support, handling inquiries from pre‑op to after‑care. You will coordinate scheduling, payment confirmations, and work closely with the medical team to address post‑care concerns.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, with strong English and Filipino communication, and are comfortable using booking platforms, Meta, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Qualifications

• College graduate; BS Nursing or underboard preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service, preferably in aesthetic, medical, or wellness.
• Strong communication in English and Filipino, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with medical/aesthetic procedures and post-operative care.
• Ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally.
• Organized and detail-oriented; proactive in communications.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with booking platforms and social channels.
• Team player with willingness to improve.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries via calls, chat, email, WhatsApp, website, Meta, and TikTok.
• Assist with scheduling of consultations, procedures and follow-ups.
• Assist with payment confirmations and coordinate with the team for booking finalization.
• Provide accurate pre-op and post-op information per clinic guidelines.
• Address FAQs about post-op care and escalate sensitive concerns to medical/management teams.
• Upsell applicable services during inquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with medical and administrative teams for a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain records and perform basic administrative tasks as needed.
