Job summary

Find HR PH is seeking a Field Care Officer to extend healthcare services beyond hospitals, visiting sites in the field and at partner facilities. You will coordinate patient care and work closely with hospitals and healthcare partners to ensure patients receive essential support.

The role requires a healthcare degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with willingness to perform field visits across multiple locations in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Allied Health Sciences, or other medical/healthcare-related courses.
• At least 1 year relevant experience, preferably HMO/Billing.
• Willing to do field work/hospital visits.
