You will verify insurance coverage, secure authorizations, explain financial responsibilities, and document all required information.

Onsite in Alabang, night shift (US hours) with diverse healthcare support responsibilities. The role suits professionals with experience in healthcare customer service, revenue cycle

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• 1+ year experience in healthcare RCM or related role.
• Experience with insurance verification or authorization.
• Experience with patient registration or patient access.
• Experience in medical billing or collections.
• Knowledge of health insurance services and payment collections.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage.
• Obtain and validate required authorizations, referrals, and pre-certifications.
• Review medical necessity requirements and document accordingly.
• Calculate and communicate estimated patient financial responsibility.
• Contact patients to verify demographic, insurance and financial information.
• Educate patients on insurance benefits, billing processes, payment options and financial assistance.
• Collect payments and assist patients with payment arrangements.
