Job summary

R1 RCM Philippines Inc in Taguig invites BS Nursing or Med-allied graduates to join our patient support team. You will educate patients on balance billing, payments, available payment arrangements, dispute resolution, and eligibility verification, while assisting with appointments and follow-ups.

This on-site role requires graveyard/rotating shifts and close coordination with doctors' offices for authorization, with a culture of excellence and competitive benefits for our communities served

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years of BS Nursing or any Med-allied course.
• At least 12 months of BPO voice experience.
• Ability to work on-site in BGC and rotate/graveyard shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and excellent customer service support to patients on balance billing, payments, arrangements, and disputes.
• Collect accurate insurance information, verify benefits, and coordinate with doctor offices for authorization.
• Assist with appointment setting, treatments, follow-ups, and patient education as needed.
