The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and a patient-first approach in a fast-paced, office-based environment at Mega Tower, EDSA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments and promote dental services.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Confirm, reschedule, cancel, and follow up on appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and booking information.
• Manage patient recalls and follow-ups to maximise attendance.
• Identify and fill appointment gaps to support clinic utilisation and performance.
• Provide friendly, professional, and compassionate customer service.
• Respond to patient enquiries and handle routine concerns professionally.
• Escalate complex issues or complaints when required.
• Work closely with clinicians, facility staff, and internal teams.
• Contribute to team goals, training, and continuous improvement.
