Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Patient Coordination & Bookings to guide a dedicated team responsible for patient booking coordination and scheduling. You will drive service excellence, accuracy in bookings, and strong team performance.

Schedule: 07:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT (Monday to Friday)
We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead – Patient Coordination & Bookings to lead and develop a team of Patient Booking Coordinators. You’ll be responsible for driving excellent patient service, accurate bookings, strong team performance, and efficient clinic scheduling.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach and motivate a team to achieve performance and KPI targets
• Monitor booking accuracy, scheduling, productivity, and clinic utilisation
• Support excellent patient experiences and resolve escalated concerns
• Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and quality monitoring
• Identify process improvements to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Work closely with clinicians and operational teams to ensure smooth patient journeys
• Track performance data and take action to achieve team and business goals

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in team leadership, customer service, scheduling, bookings, or contact centre operations
• Proven experience leading and coaching a KPI-driven team
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with CRM, scheduling, and reporting systems
• Strong problem-solving and performance management skills
• Healthcare, dental, allied health, or medical services experience is highly desirable
