Role Description

The Patient Care Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig. This position is responsible for managing patient appointments, coordinating care plans, and ensuring accurate and timely communication between patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing clear information about services and procedures, and using medical terminology appropriately in documentation and conversations. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date patient records, supporting the resolution of patient concerns, and collaborating with colleagues to uphold quality standards and service levels. The Patient Care Coordinator is expected to provide empathetic, efficient support that contributes to a positive patient experience.
