Job summary

We Connect HR Solutions OPC is seeking a senior pastry leadership professional to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure BFAD/FDA-aligned safety, and drive production through skilled recipe translation and brand consistency. You will lead the Production Lead and Finishing Lead, train teams, and manage ingredient costs and waste while upholding SOPs and quality checks across the bakery.

Based in Manila metro area, you will partner with procurement and office management to hit gross margin

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior pastry leadership in a production setting.
• Expert-level mastery in pastry production and finishing techniques.
• Pastry school credentials combined with senior experience.
• Proven track record of hiring, training, and developing pastry leads and assistants.

Responsibilities

• Own daily kitchen operations and food safety compliance (BFAD/FDA).
• Schedule and capacity planning for equipment.
• Translate ideas into production-ready recipes while maintaining yield and brand standards.
• Lead and develop Production Lead (G4) and Finishing Lead (G5) using SOPs and L10 meetings.
• Control ingredient costs, waste, and gross margins with Procurement and Office Management.
