A baker is responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of baked goods, such as bread, cakes, cookies, pastries, and pies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough, batters, fillings, and glazes using appropriate ingredients and recipes.
- Bake bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods to perfection.
- Decorate and finish baked products, ensuring they meet quality and presentation standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes or production needs.
- Ensure the proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness.
- Operate ovens, mixers, and other baking equipment efficiently and safely.
- Clean and maintain baking equipment, ensuring all machinery is in good working condition.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Order ingredients and materials as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Qualifications
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
- All gender are welcome
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- 18 years old and above
- High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
