Overview
The Passage Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate and efficient ticketing, rebooking, and refund services, processing privilege and complimentary passes, handling cargo acceptance and US VISA document transactions, managing cash, and delivering excellent customer service to passengers. The role ensures compliance with company policies and contributes to a smooth and positive travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Process ticket issuance, rebooking, and refund transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Issue privilege passes and complimentary passes in accordance with company policies.
- Handle cargo acceptance, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with procedures.
- Process and manage US VISA related documents as required.
- Handle daily cash transactions, including collection, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist passengers with inquiries, concerns, and travel-related information.
- Provide high-quality customer service to enhance passenger experience.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for ticketing, cargo, and document-related concerns.
- Maintain organized records of transactions and reports.
Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field or equivalent work experience.
Professional Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in ticketing, customer service, cargo handling, or cashiering.
