Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. in Canlandog, Philippines is seeking a Warehouse/Parts Specialist to manage auto parts inventory and support dealership operations.

You will secure items in the warehouse, prevent unauthorized releases, perform regular stock checks, and deliver parts when required, using the parts catalog and mastering model numbers. Qualifications

• Experience with Auto Dealership parts or auto supply is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Warehousing and organizational skills are essential.
• With a valid B-class driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Secure all items in the parts warehouse at all times.
• Prevent release of parts without proper documentation.
• Check and organize stock for efficient and fast order fulfillment.
• Conduct random cycle counts to identify discrepancies.
• Report any unusual stocking observations to supervisor.
• Deliver parts to other dealerships when needed.
• Use the parts catalog to ensure correct issuance.
• Master part numbers for various models.
• Accept and inspect delivered parts for conformance with documents.
• Follow company policies and regulations.

Job Description:

• Ensure that all items kept in the parts warehouse are secured any time of the day.
• Ensure that no parts are released from the warehouse without proper documentation.
• Check and arrange parts on stock on a regular basis efficient and fast releasing of parts upon order.
• Conduct random inventory at all times to check for any discrepancies.
• Report to superior any unusual observation in stocking and inventory.
• Deliver parts to other dealerships if needed.
• Utilize the parts catalog to ensure proper parts issuance.
• Master parts number of various models.
• Accepts and checks parts delivered by the manufacturer and ensures that delivered parts conform with affixed documents with no errors.
• Observe company policies, rules, and regulations with no incidents of violation.
