Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a dedicated professional to manage warranty processes, ensuring timely submission of claims and accurate tracking of defective parts. You will coordinate with manufacturers to submit claims and oversee the resolution of claim rejections.

The role requires extensive experience in parts management within manufacturing environments and a strong focus on inventory-based operations to optimize cost recovery and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in parts management, preferably in motorcycle, automotive, or manufacturing.
• Strong exposure to sales-driven and inventory-based operations.

Responsibilities

• Process claims: Review and submit warranty claims to manufacturers or suppliers on time.
• Track defective parts: Monitor, tag, and ship or scrap replaced warranty parts per policy.
• Resolve rejections: Re-fix and re-submit rejected warranty claims quickly to recover costs.
• Audit and report: Track monthly warranty trends, returns, and recovery rates.
